Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Free Shipping

Velari Lab offers free standard shipping on all orders to the United States, Canada, and Australia. No minimum order value required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders (Canada and Australia) may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the following countries only:

• United States
• Canada
• Australia

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@manjubadrops.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
