We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Velari Lab supplement products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your order date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
You do not need to return the product to receive your refund.

Please include your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will respond within 24 hours and process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Digital Products
The Hardness Code (digital ebook) is non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed. If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
- Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow product instructions
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable in cases of buyer's remorse. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs.
